What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to joining the early access list. They do not cover the Konstance app, which has not been released. Separate terms will apply to the app, and you will see them before you use it.

Konstance is not medical advice

Konstance is a reminder tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to your doctor or pharmacist. Decisions about your medication are between you and your clinician.

Do not rely on Konstance as your only safeguard for a dose that matters. Software fails: phones die, notifications get suppressed by the operating system, and alarms can be dismissed. Build in a backup you trust.

Early access

Joining the list is a request to be notified, not a purchase and not a guarantee of a place. We may limit how many people we admit at launch, and we may change the product substantially before then.

Early access is free while it lasts. If we later introduce a price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you will be able to decline.

Using the site fairly

Sign up with an email address you control. Do not submit other people's addresses, attempt to break or overload the site, or use automated tools to spam the form.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will run this site with reasonable care, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it or from relying on it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will email the early access list.
