Why it matters

The one habit nobody builds a system for

You track your sleep. You book the class. You made the sleepy girl mocktail every night for a month. You have a system for almost everything. The pill, the daily habit where a single miss costs the most, runs on an alarm you swipe away without looking.

Late enough to count as missed, on a mini pill
3 hrsLate enough to count as missed, on a mini pill

That gap is not the drug failing. It is missed and late doses. How late counts as missed depends on what you take: a combined pill gives you most of a day, a traditional mini pill gives you three hours.

How it works

The best day is the one it never rings

A normal reminder is one half-asleep swipe away from a missed day. Konstance only gets loud on the days you need it to.

  1. Take it on time. Nothing happens.

Log your pill on time and Konstance stays silent. No alarm, no interruption, nothing to dismiss. Getting it right should be quiet.

  2. Forget, and it takes over.

Only if the time passes unlogged does it ring, across the whole screen. You set the alert: a full alarm, or a buzz only you notice.

  3. One photo, and it stops.

Snap your pill to dismiss it. That is the part a half-asleep swipe cannot fake, which is exactly why it works.

  4. Logged, with proof.

Time and photo saved automatically. So at 3pm you do not have to remember. You just look.

Already consistent

You take it every day. You still can't remember doing it.

That is not carelessness. It is what a habit looks like from the inside: a routine that runs on its own barely leaves a memory behind. You are not forgetting the pill, you are forgetting the two seconds around it.

So Konstance keeps the receipt. Every dose is logged with a photo and a time. When the doubt turns up at 3pm you check instead of guessing, and you never take a second one just to be sure.

The stuff you're probably wondering

Will the people around me know?
You set the alert. It can be a full alarm with sound, or a silent buzz that nobody else notices. Loud is the default because it works, not because you are stuck with it.
Do I really have to photograph every dose?
Two seconds, once a day, and it is the same photo whether you beat the alarm or not. It is the one thing you cannot do on autopilot, which is what turns a reminder into a habit.
Is this only for birth control?
It starts there, because it is the daily habit where a single miss costs the most. The same system works for anything you take every day.
