What this page covers

This policy describes the Konstance website only. The Konstance app has its own policy, covering dose records and pill photos, at konstance.app/privacy/app.

What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into the early access form. Nothing else on this site is recorded against you. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.

Why we collect it

To email you when early access opens, and occasionally to ask what you want us to build. That is the entire purpose. Your address is not used for anything else.

Who can see it

Konstance staff, and the vendors that run our infrastructure on our behalf. Today that means Supabase, which stores the address, and Vercel, which hosts the site. Both act on our instructions and cannot use your address for their own purposes.

We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. If we are ever compelled to disclose it by a valid legal order, we will tell you unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens and you decide whether to use Konstance, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the product never ships, we delete the list.

Your choices

You can ask us to do any of the following, at any time:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct it if it is wrong.
• Delete it, which also removes you from the early access list.
• Send you a copy of it.

Email privacy@konstance.app and a person will answer. For deletion requests, write from the address you signed up with so we can match the record without asking you for more personal information than we already hold.
